ORDER

The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to initiate action for certain allegations of unfair labour practice against the second respondent Management. 2.Pending the writ petition, the Government had passed orders in G.O. (D) No.422 Labour and Employment Department, dated 09.07.2018, whereby they had declined to refer the dispute to the Labour Court.

3.If the petitioner is aggrieved against the order, it is always open to challenge the same in the manner known to law. As such the prayer sought for has become infructuous.
