Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to an order of issuance of Patta by the third respondent in favour of the 4th respondent, dated 10.04.2013, vide Patta Nos.13, 818, 1018 and 1565 in respect of lands measuring an extent of 1.98 acres comprised in Survey No.58/1, 1.87 acres in S.No.58/2; 1.98 acres in Survey No.59/3 and 20 cents in Survey No.110/4, at Bommahalli Vilage, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, to quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to make the Revenue Records and Patta in respect of the lands in original position.
