ORDER
The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to make a reference to the Labour Court based on the failure report submitted.
2.Pending the writ petition, the Government had passed orders in G.O. (D) No.599 Labour and Employment Department, dated 03.11.2015, whereby they had declined to refer the dispute to the Labour Court.
3.If the petitioner is aggrieved against the order, it is always open to challenge the same in the manner known to law. As such the prayer sought for has become infructuous.
