Crl.OP.No.14458 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. 7 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been arrested on 20.06.2023 and thereby, the petition has become infructuous.

3.In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
