Respondent(s) PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13025 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders. ORDER

The petitioner was granted bail on condition he should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday to Friday until further orders and also to deposit Rs.10,000/- in favour of Dean, Stanley Government Medical College and Hospital, Chennai. The petitioner has not complied the order and he has petition for relaxation stating that the petitioner is admitted in the hospital for Diabetic ulcer and his left leg been amputated.

2.Considering the medical report, the condition reporting before the Court alone is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate from 18.08.2025 everyday for fifteen days".

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified. 11-08-2025 ep
