This application has been filed to make amendments in A.No.812 of 2022 as follows:

(i) In para 11 of the affidavit in line 3, wrongly mentioned as "22.03.2017", instead of "22.03.2021".

(ii) In para 11 of the affidavit in line 5, wrongly mentioned as "14.02.2022", instead of "12.01.2022".

(iii) In Affidavit Ground (a) wrongly mentioned as "12.02.2022" instead of "12.01.2022".

(iv) In 3rd line of affidavit prayer, wrongly mentioned as "E.P.No.209/2019" instead of "E.P.No.209/2018". (v) In 4th line of affidavit prayer, wrongly mentioned as "A.No.2372/2011" instead of "A.No.2372/2021". (vi) In 5th line of affidavit prayer, wrongly mentioned as "14.02.2022" instead of "22.03.2021".

(vii) In 4th line of prayer (ii) of Judges Summon, wrongly mentioned as "14.02.2022" instead of "22.03.2021". (viii) In Judges Summons Ground (a) wrongly mentioned as "12.02.2022" instead of "12.01.2022".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently the dates have been wrongly typed. Therefore, he seeks for amendment in the dates.

3. Learned counsel for the contesting respondents/Decree holders is present. He has not filed any counter, however seeks time for filing counter.

4. Though the name of the 4th respondent is printed in the cause-list, none appeared on behalf of them.

5. This application is filed with regard to some amendment in the dates. Changing the dates in the application would in no way affect the respondents. Since the respondents are Decree Holders, if at all there is anything, they are entitled to execute the decree. By allowing the amendment, they are in no way going to be prejudiced.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application, it would be appropriate to allow this amendment and permit the applicant to make corrections in the dates as prayed for. Accordingly, this Application stands allowed.

7. Post the matter on 24.08.2022.
