JUDGMENT

(Judgment made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for the appellants and Mr.R.Daanasekar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Tamaraiselvan, learned Counsel for the respondent.

2. The respondent has filed the Writ Petition seeking Destitute Widow Pension (No.1967) regularly as per the proceedings of the second appellant, dated 25.02.2002.

3. The learned Single Judge allowed the Writ Petition and directed the appellants to consider to continue the Destitute Widow Pension to the respondent and to pay the arrears of the pension from August, 2014 till date.

4. It is submitted that after the order is passed, the appellants have passed an order to start payment of the pension to the respondent. Now, the only question is about the arrears.

5. The arrears of the pension be paid to the respondent of the period from August, 2014 till the regular pension has commenced, every two months and the entire arrears be paid within six months.
