ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st Respondent to issue appointment order to the Petitioner as PG Assistant in Botany pursuant to Notification No.10 of 2019, dated 12.06.2019 based on the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent dated 28.06.2022 having Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.3644/E2/S1/2021 in which the name of the Petitioner has been included in Serial No.130 of the revised list of newly selected candidates for the post of PG Assistant in Botany under the category of Female Persons who studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) belonging to Scheduled Caste Community within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials

available on record.

3. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been selected to the post of PG Assistant in Botany and appointed.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
