This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that this Court on 04.07.2025 has granted bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.16273, 16277 & 16293 of 2025 with one of the conditions that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three weeks till the charge sheet has been taken on bail. He further submitted that there is a retaliation threat and hence for the security and safety of the petitioners, they may be directed to appear elsewhere.

3. In view of the above, para 9(b) shall read as follows: The petitioners shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
