This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation given by the petitioner dated 11.05.2018. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that already the respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and has permitted the petitioner to perform temple festival, but, so far as conducting of cultural programme is concerned, the respondent has rejected the petitioner's representation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass a fresh order.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the respondent and on submission of such representation, the respondent has to consider and pass appropriate orders by giving proper reasons.

With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
