O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the service of the petitioner as Assistant Professor at Pondicherry University based on the letter dated 15.10.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being made, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
