The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner passed away on 04.04.2015, but he is not able to get instructions to bring the legal heirs on record to pursue this writ petition.

2. The learned Counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that the respondents 2 to 4 are brothers and sister of the petitioner and in respect of an immovable property, dispute is pending before this Court in Second Appeal.

3. In the light of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed for non Prosecution.
