1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to fix a time limit for speedy disposal of FCOP.No.305 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Erode.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Wife is the Petitioner herein. It is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that two interlocutory applications, in IA.No.321 of 2018 for interim maintenance and IA.No.2 of 2019 for interim custody, were filed and the same are pending.

4. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, the Family Court, Erode is hereby directed to dispose of the said IA.Nos.321 of 2018 and 2 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.
