This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 221 days in paying deficit Court Fee in the appeal.

2. Ms.Zeenath Begum, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and print Ms.Zeenath Begum, as counsel for the first respondent and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, as counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.
