By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to renew the petitioner's Association viz. "Thenninthaya Thirumana Amaipalargal Sangam", under Registration No.63 of 2000.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that when an application has been given for renewal of the Association, the renewal has not been done. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction.

The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that if a fresh representation is given by the petitioner, the same will be considered by the first respondent.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall give a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being given, the first respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders on its own merits in respect of renewal of the Association within a period of two months thereafter.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
