Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14433 of 2023 and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14483 of 2023 have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.08.2023 and 02.09.2023 respectively.

Recording the above submission, these criminal original petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
