Mr.CH.Mohith Sai, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, representing Ms.G.Sumitra, learned counsel on record for the respondent are before this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the Original Suit in O.S.No.90 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, was dismissed as settled out of Court. To that effect, the learned counsel has produced a photocopy of the Judgment and Decree. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
