This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order in M.P.No.577/2022 in M.C.No.14/2022 dated 11.10.2022 on the file of the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. Though notice was served on the respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent, either in person or through a counsel and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.
