Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the order of concurrent suspension of the 2nd respondent issued vide letter No.C&DAC:DA:9390:6870:2015-16 dated 11.02.2016 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to revoke the suspension and to reinstate the Petitioner into service.
