ORDER
Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Sanjeevi, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in District Collector, Vellore District vs. K. Govindaraj [(2016) 4 SCC 763], the matter has become infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
