Late Sri.Ariya Puthiran has been authorised in equal shares to Smt.Jegadhambal, Sri.Nallamuthu and the petitioner Sri.A.Muruganantham. Thus, the shares from the revised pensionary benefits in respect of Late Sri.Ariya Puthiran, to which, the petitioner is entitled as per the Rule Provisions has already been authorised by the respondent. Therefore, the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed and no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
