This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued against the second respondent on 28.10.2021 by learned Judicial Magistrate Level Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri, in S.T.C.No.50 of 2021.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent is an Advocate and that every time, when the bailable warrnat is sought to be executed, the second respondent reported that he will appear before the Court during the next hearing. However, the second respondent is not complying with the same.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to place a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Level Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri, and the Court below shall act upon the same and if required, non-bailable warrant shall be issued to secure the second respondent. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
