2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 22 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.63465 of 2022 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.S.P.Yuaraj as learned counsel for the 1st respondent, when the matter is listed for admission.
