This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to take substituted service on the respondent as the private notice sent to him was returned with endorsement "No Such Person". We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petitioner and hence, this petition is ordered.

2.The petitioner is directed to effect paper publication in Tamil Daily circulated in Namakal District, mentioning the date of hearing as 05.08.2022.
