Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to pay Gratuity, Earned Leave Encashment, Commutation amount, arrears of pension from March 2014 to July 2014 and the amount entitled as per the Contribution Retirement Benefit Scheme with arrears together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of retirement to the petitioner. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the first respondent to pay Gratuity, Earned Leave Encashment, Commutation amount, arrears of pension from March, 2014 to July, 2014 and the amount entitled as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Contribution Retirement Benefit Scheme with arrears together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of retirement to the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that during the pendancy of this writ petition, certain benefits due to the petitioner had been granted to him. The learned counsel further seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with fresh representation, for balance amount, if any.

3.In view of the above, granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
