Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to pay Gratuity, Earned Leave Encashment and amount entitled as per the Contribution Retirement Benefit Scheme with arrears together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of retirement to the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to pay Gratuity, Earned Leave Encashment and other amount as per the Contribution Retirement Benefit Scheme with arrears together with interest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that during the pendancy of this writ petition, only certain benefits due to the petitioner has been granted to him. Hence, the learned counsel sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with fresh representation, for balance amount, if any.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
