O R D E R

The petitioner / wife seeks trasnfer of HMOP.No.29 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Udumalpet to the Family Court, Chennai. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of T.Nagar at Chennai. It is also stated that she has lost her father and she is living with her mother.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the husband would submit that the husband is working in Muscat and his father is also no more and his mother is staying with him. If the case is transferred to the Family Court, which requires his personal appearance, he will be put to substantial hardship. 3.Considering the convenience of both the parties, HMOP.No.29 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Udumalpet is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub-Court, Alandur, where the personal appearance of the parties for every hearing is not required.

4.This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
