ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum Rs.10,000/- with two sureties instead of the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- with two blood sureties of Tanjore District each for a like sum to the satisfaction of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nanilam in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.624/2025 dated 23.05.2025 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. No.624 of 2025 dated 23.05.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum Rs.10,000/- with two sureties.
