JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that in view of the subsequent development qua the sport bodies, the rules themselves will have to be revisited and the Association is in process of doing so.

2. In so far as the impugned order is concerned, there can be no quibble that at present as per the existing rules, it may not be possible to sustain the same. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 however submits that they would seek the benefit of placing the amended rules before this Court to avoid conflicts.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the following agreed order is passed:- (1)The impugned order dated 02.03.2016 passed in O.A.No.110 of 2016 is set aside.

(2)The final rules be placed before this Court for the purposes limited to their scrutiny.

4. The appeal, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.8190 of 2016 is closed.

5. List for compliance on 09.09.2016.
