This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 17.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6905 of 2021.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and she produced a copy of the Pension payment order issued to the Petitioner herein. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to put forth the same in the manner known to law.
