Prayer: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue an order, direction, writ, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2020 in respect of granting permission to perform the Kumbabishagam of the Arulmighu Annammar Temple to be held on 20.11.2020 or any other subsequent dates at Kottavarudhampatti Village, Sangagiri Taluk, Salem District.
