2. Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents are present. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners made a submission that the suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has been dismissed on 10.08.2017. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move this Civil Revision Petition, if the suit being restored. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
