This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Salem in C.M.A.C.S.No.47 of 2004 dated 23.07.2015 confirming the impugned award passed by the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings dated 10.03.2003 in Claim No.2506/2002-2003 and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned 2/5

counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue between the petitioners and the respondents have been settled and that nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
