This petition has been filed to implead the Block Development Officer, Kaniyambadi Union, Vellore District - 632 011 as eighth respondent in the writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the proposed eighth respondent and has no objection to the Block Development Officer, Kaniyambadi Union, being added as party respondent in the writ petition.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered.
