This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 15.07.2022 passed by the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, in Crl. M.P. No.2673 of 2022.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
