The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue Letter of Acceptance (work order) to him in respect of the work mentioned in tender No.49-CECNMS-19-20-E-8992 dated 26.02.2020.

Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the letter of Acceptance was issued to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
