Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the first respondent bearing No.P.25/IV/RN-22501347/1011/ADK/125 dated 08.10.2010 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents herein to regularise the pension of the petitioner from the date of retirement in the light of G.O.Ms.No.408 dated 25.08.2009 issued by Finance Department (Pension), Government of Tamil Nadu.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent-Accountant General of Tamil Nadu furnished the copy of the proceedings dated 28.12.2015 and made a submission that the pension as applicable to the petitioner has already been authorised and accordingly, the grievances of the writ petitioner are redressed. If at all any other grievance exists, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the Competent Authority for the redressal of the same.
