ORDER
This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3.Considering the submission made and on being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 12.06.2025. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main appeal and post it for admission on -2https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. It is specifically stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that contempt proceedings are pending. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would state that they will not pursue the contempt proceedings till 13.06.2025.
