The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the the 2nd Respondent to take steps to measure and demarcate the petitioner's land in Survey No.121/2, at Vellakarai Village, Cuddalore District based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2021 and pass orders accordingly.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the authorities https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned have measured the property and demarcated the same as prayed for in this Writ petition. Hence, there is nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein, as the petitioner's prayer in this petition has been complied with by the respondents herein, this Writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any. No costs.
