Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HARI AND GURU ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 22.03.2019 in O.S.No.1271 of 2013 by the learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, till the disposal of the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the sale deed has also been executed on 23.03.2019.
3. Considering the above, there shall be an order of interim stay of taking possession alone. The petition stands ordered accordingly.
4. Post the Appeal suit for final hearing on 29.01.2020. -sd/- 12/12/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
