ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, in Crime No.187 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was already arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody.
3.
