O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to release the lorry bearing registration No.KA-05-AD-2244 seized by the 2nd respondent on 03.12.2013.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, the 1st respondent by proceedings dated 22.04.2015, imposed penalty of Rs.2,00,000/- instead of confiscating the vehicle and produced a copy of the said proceedings. Therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
