No.71/2009 and the 2nd respondent in R.No.1499/E1/2009 and quash the orders dated 27.02.2014 and 29.01.2009 respectively made thereon and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run his vehicle on the route "Pondicherry to Madras" pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.Nos.6484 and 6485 of 1986 dated 01.08.1986 and the Approved Scheme for the route Pondicherry to Madras.

ORDER

After hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Ms.Bhargavi Gopalan, learned counsel for the private respondent, Mr.K.Hariharan placing reliance upon the order passed by the Hon'ble Dr. Justice Anita Sumanth in W.P.Nos.26278 of 2007, etc., and batch, requested permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities; in case, in the ensuing interstate agreement, the permit of the petitioner is included to seek for counter signature.

2. As this Court has already granted such liberty, the same is reiterated. Reserving the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 16-02-2026 (1/2) Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order JENI
