O R D E R

The petitioner claiming cancellation of the fraudulent registration of the property for lesser sale consideration and for payment of deficit duty, made a representation to respondent Nos.1 to 3, on 27.02.2014 to initiate action against the respondents 4 to 7 under Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act. In the meanwhile, the suit filed by him was also decreed. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 27.02.2014, is considered and the second respondent passes appropriate orders.

2. Considering the limited relief, a direction is given to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.02.2014, in the light of Sections 82 & 83 of Registration Act and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
