C.M.P.No.15849 of 2018 in S.A.No.SR23418 of 2017 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for condoning the delay of 418 days in representing the above Second Appeal in S.A.Sr.No.23418 of 2017.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on payment on Rs.1,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petition is allowed.
