ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders in order passed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.6777 of 2026 on 17.03.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6777 of 2026 dated 17.03.2026 is relaxed.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 14-05-2026 nr
