O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General of Tamil Nadu relying on the counter affidavit filed as stated that the 5th respondent has authorised Special Pension of Rs.150/- p.m. to the petitioner with effect from 07.01.2001 which revised as Rs.560/-p.m. with effect from 24.01.2008 vide PPO No.F3207578 as per the proposal received from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvannamalai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that full family pension as admissible has not been properly calculated. 3.However, the petitioner has not even received the pension. After receiving the pension if any grievance exist, it is left open to the petitioner to make any further representation in this regard. The proposal submitted by the 4th respondent has already authorised by the 5th respondent for grant of Special Pension with effect from 07.01.2001. 4.This being the factum of the case, the admitted pension as per the 5th respondent is to be sanctioned and be disbursed to the writ petitioner without any further delay. 5.In this view of the matter, the 5th respondent is directed to sanction and disburse the family pension as per the authorisation of the 5th respondent, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The 4th respondent shall extend necessary cooperation for the purpose of the disbursement of the family pension to the writ petitioner within the said period. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
