This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to provide police protection.

2. This petition for police protection has been filed in the year 2016. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as of now there is no threat to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police as and when there is any threat to her life.
