Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2020 to issue legal heirship certificate in consonance with the civil court decree in O.S.No.14/2011, removing the 4th respondent name in the legal heir ship certificate.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the respective learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, Legal Heir Certificate has been issued on 10.01.2022 in favour of the petitioner.

2. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as there is nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. No costs.
