Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2020 to issue legal heirship certificate in consonance with the civil court decree in O.S.No.14/2011, removing the 4th respondent name in the legal heir ship certificate.

2. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as there is nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. No costs.
