This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the de-facto complainant/petitioner herein, to permit his counsel Mr.N.Manoharan, to assist with the learned Public Prosecutor, at the time of final hearing of the above revision, Crl.R.C.No.293 of 2021 on the file of this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant. Based on his complaint, the second respondent herein/police registered a case in Crime No.132 of 2007, for the offence under Section 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(i) of IPC., After completing the investigation, charge sheet filed, the Trial Court has also taken the case on file in C.C.No.319 of 2009. Thereafter, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, appreciated the entire materials, the Trial Court convicted the petitioner and the Appellate Court dismissed the appeal, as against the accused/first respondent herein.

4.Challenging the said Judgement of conviction and sentence, confirmed by the Courts below, the accused filed the present revision case before this Court, in which, the de-facto complainant has filed the present miscellaneous petition, for permitting his counsel Mr.N.Manoharan, to provide assistance to the case of the prosecution.

5.Therefore, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
